VF SERV™ - A complete and easy to use system that will allow investment companies and mutual funds to participate in the NSCC's Fund/SERV & Networking program without a major re-write or update to their legacy system(s).  VF SERV™ is currently being used by some of the worlds largest banks and financial institutions.

  • The system can be up and running, receiving and confirming Fund/SERV transactions much faster and at a lower cost than developing the capabilities in house.
  • The user friendly graphical user interface (GUI) makes learning and using the system easy and reduces errors.
  • The system can run independently of other fund accounting / transfer agency systems with data being transferred back and forth manually.
    This method is easiest and the most cost effective for small or institutional firms with a small number of trades per day.
  • However, for more robust installations VF SERV™ was designed using Microsoft's Component Object Model (COM+) making each Fund/SERV trade a predefined object that can be easily exchanged with other applications.
    A Software Development Kit (SDK) defining these object and how they are to be used is provided to every customer.
